The Perth symposium was held to celebrate the achievements of Phase three and ten years of formal cooperation between the Australian and Chinese governments. Over eighty participants from China, Australia, France and Norway attended the bilingual symposium, learning about progress of various CCS and CCUS projects, outcomes from CAGS3 research projects, achievements from a decade of CAGS activities. They also participated in an enthusiastic discussion on future collaboration between China and Australia.
